Placentia, Orange County
The old center of Placentia lies along Santa Fe Avenue beside the railroad tracks, where packing houses once loaded oranges and where family-run Mexican restaurants now fill the storefronts. The city won an All-America City award in 1971. Tri-City Park, on the northern edge, is shared with neighboring Fullerton and Brea and surrounds a fishing lake.
